| Prior to starting the firm, Suzanne Harris worked in non-profit civil legal services programs in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida. She has represented clients in public benefits law, including Social Security disability, since 1976. She has served as Managing Attorney of the Greenfield Office of Western Massachusetts Legal Services and as the Public Benefits Work Group leader of Florida Rural Legal Services. |

Peter Helwig is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law and has practiced law in this field since 1975. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked as an investigator with the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. He has served as Executive Director of Neighborhood Legal Services of Hartford, Connecticut and Florida Rural Legal Services. In addition to his advocacy work, he is also a Certified Civil Mediator.

| Kathryn Piscitelli is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law and has devoted her career to this area of law since 1983. In addition to litigation, she has written many publications on topics in this field. She has taken special interest in the employment rights of veterans under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA).
